Halloween was the first big event in BarbieGirls.com starting in 2008. It had 3 editions, including area decorations in B Park and Twilight Woods, many costumes available for purchase, gifts for all members, furniture, two activities: Trick or Treat and Halloween Goodie Bag, two badges collection and new makeover for Buzz & Goss.
Christmas was the second big event in BarbieGirls.com starting in 2008 and was the biggest overall. Like Halloween it had 3 editions, including area decorations in B Park, B Café, Twilight Woods and Tail-Shakin' Treehouse, a new hangout Enchanted Bay, many outfits available for purchase, gifts for all members, furniture, 3 pet recolors, two activities: Missing Frisky Pets and Holiday Goodie Game, two badges collection and new makeover for Buzz & Goss.
V-Day was the third big event in BarbieGirls.com starting in 2009 and grew in scale over it's editions. Like Halloween and Christmas it had 3 editions, including area decorations in B Café and Twilight Woods, many outfits available for purchase, gifts for all members, furniture, 1 activitiy: Give a Valentine and the introduction of the Crushes, the male Non-playable characters profiles including Ken!
Summer Scavenger Hunt was the most unique of the big events in BarbieGirls.com starting in 2009. It had no decorations or furniture and was all about an activity that lasted many weeks with the two editions sharing items but having a very different structure. It had a many outfit items and a badge collection.
Throughout the years there were smaller events in BarbieGirls.com starting in 2009. Many of these events only had a single edition, some even lasting a single day like April Fool's in 2010. On the last months of the site, seasonal collections were added celebrating Autumn and Spring. As some of these events only happened once players had only one chance to get certain items like the Inspire Girls shirt.
